Vita Mea is a perfect traditional table wine to be drunk on all festive occasions.
Wine producing method :
Early Selective grape picking, crushing, 24 to 36 hour cold must settling, vat fermentation with a perfectly controlled temperature of 18°C using no sulphites.
Clear and bright pink robe. A nose marked by red fruit such as ripe strawberries. The fruit in this full, fleshy, balanced rosé is pure and long in the mouth. A well structured and rounded table wine. Drink either chilled or between 10 and 12°C.
