This 100% Nègrette is our signature wine. The vineyard is on the second terraces of the Tarn facing due East. The clayey red acid soil allows the nègrette to fully develop its character, intricacy and fruitiness.

Wine producing method :
Selective picking of small yields of fully ripe grapes, stripping the grapes, the 14 day sulphite free wine making process is carried out in barrels with frequent punchdowns
Tasting :
Garnet robe. Nice, fruity, redcurrant and wild strawberry nose. Beautifully fine textured in the mouth with silky tannins. Its intense fruitiness and good length are well appreciated as well as its finish with a pleasant hint of lIquorice
