Wine producing method :
Selective picking of only ripe grapes, destemming and crushing, fermentation under perfectly controlled temperature conditions with frequent over pumping followed by long maceration.
Tasting :
Blackcurrant, cherry, violet, liquorice ; typical Fronton AOC (controlled designation of origin) tastes in a ‘fun’ yet round wine.
