Description
Wine producing method :
Early harvesting of individual plots, followed by crushing, bleeding and fermentation in vats at a controlled temperature of 18°C.
Tasting :
A crystal-clear rosé colour. A distinctive nose of red berries, particularly reminiscent of ripe strawberries. On the palate, it is full-bodied, well-balanced and very expressive. The fruit is distinct and lingering. A well-structured and accomplished rosé for the table. Good fruitiness, very affordable.
