Description
Wine producing method :
Grapes harvested plot by plot (low yields) at full ripeness, destemmed and vinified without sulphites. Fermentation carried out at controlled temperatures between 22° and 26°. Traditional ageing in vats on fine lees to preserve the wine’s freshness and aromatic expression.
Tasting :
A delicate nose revealing lovely fruity aromas. On the palate, it has good body accompanied by silky tannins, resulting in a harmonious and elegant wine.
