Description
Wine producing method :
Sulfite-free vinification, crushing, pressing, fermentation in vats with temperature control at 18°. Aging on lees for 4 or 5 months.
Tasting :
An elegant wine with very fine aromas, presenting a beautiful concentration and a good length.

Serve at 8-10°C. You will love it as an aperitif but also with white meat or mature cheese.
